Tangential head can make the perfect thread with only 15 to 30 revolutions. The rolling process finishes when the center of work-piece reaches the center-line of 2 rolls. The rolls of Tangential head are synchronized by the gears inside the head. Tangential head is the best choice to process the thread at the middle of component where Axial-head cannot approach. The incomplete gap of Tangential head can be smaller than the one of Axial head. Thus, this head can qualify the strict requirement against incomplete gap.
